  • That depends on what you are ordering!

    Anything listed as “In-Stock” is available for purchase today. As we do not staff a full retail team (we’re a charity!), keep an eye out for an email letting you know it’s been packaged - we aim for 1-2 business days. You may also come see us in-person and select items off the shelf!

    Items categorized as “Custom Order” are special-ordered to your specifications. As we are held to supplier minimum orders, we have a schedule on which we process Custom Orders (see the top of each listing for the next processing date).

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. Please ensure you utilize the Size Guide provided on each item to ensure a good fit. If you would prefer, you are welcome to join us in-shelter to try on any of our in-stock items.

    We are happy to exchange sizing on unworn in-stock items, if the size is available.

    However, please email us at shop@guelphhumane.ca if you need any assistance.

  • We currently offer in-person pickup at our beautiful shelter located in Guelph, ON.

  • Yes! We offer shipping via Canada Post.

    Simply fill your cart with your selected goodies, enter your mailing address, and select a shipping speed. The cost to ship will auto-populate and be added to your total. If you don’t see a shipping option that works for you, email us at shop@guelphhumane.ca and we can help.

  • Our products are produced and offered as a way for us to raise funds to support the animals in our care, so we want to give a little back. Orders of $199 or more are eligible for free shipping.

    Pssst… Are you a little short of the minimum? Donations count towards the free shipping minimum!

  • Yes! If you only ordered some of our vinyl window clings with no additional merchandise, you can bypass the shipping cost. We will happily pop them in the regular Canada Post mail for you. Simply choose “Pickup” and include your request in the “Additional Comments” section at checkout.
