When will my order be ready?
Since all items are special-order to your specifications, there is an approximate two-week production time. We do carry a limited supply of items in-person, if you are looking for something quickly. You can check our in-store stock here.
What is your return policy?
As all items are special-order, we cannot offer returns.
Please ensure you utilize the Size Guide provided on each item to ensure a good fit. If you would prefer, you are welcome to join us in-shelter to try on any of our in-stock items.
How will I receive my items?
We currently offer in-person pickup at our beautiful shelter located in Guelph, ON.

Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday - 10am to 4pm
